This is an interesting piece of “evidence”. It was used against JM, not sure which allegation it was supposed to support, however, there are a couple of noteworthy points attached to this particular document.
It supposedly illustrates the breakdown of working relationships between WCHP and Supporting People, resulting in a loss of funding for WCHP, but that’s not the most salient point.
In fact I’m not going to dwell too long on the content of this particular piece of evidence, as that’s not the interesting thing about it.
It’s clearly an accurate record of the events of that day, we can clearly see who was present, what was discussed, etc and the outcomes of those discussions. Even that’s not the most relevant aspect of this piece of “evidence”.
The most important fact surrounding this particular meeting was that JM wasn’t at it. The member of WCHP in attendance was the former Chief Executive. To be perfectly accurate (not something WCHP actively support) JM was never responsible for agreeing (or disagreeing) WCHP policy with Supporting People. This was all discussed with the former CE.
But lets not let the facts cloud the issues.
JM was the former Housing Manager at WCHP who was dismissed for gross misconduct. At tribunal it was decided that the dismissal was unfair.
