One of the main accusers of JM was the Assistant Housing Manager who started in 2011 (if you’ve not read the previous posts, JM was the former Housing Manager at WCHP who was dismissed for gross misconduct. At tribunal it was decided that the dismissal was unfair).
In addition to allegations regarding JM’s treatment of clients and other members of staff, this person stated that she had wanted to leave since the day she started due to treatment of her by JM. That JM had racially abused her, bullied her, stopped her from doing her job, never given her any responsibility and caused her depression and had a severe impact on her family.
Below are extracts from emails sent from the Assistant Housing Manger to JM during her time at WCHP, these are just a few examples. These were presented to WCHP during the disciplinary process but where ignored. I’ll let you make up your own mind, and guess who gained from JM’s suspension and dismissal?
