Policies and Procedures…

So, what do you do if you make a terrible mistake, leaving members of staff suspended for months, give them little or no information on accusations against them, leave them literally a couple of days to prepare for a disciplinary hearing, when you have presented them with hundreds of pages of statements and supporting documents…

As a Charity, especially a Christian one, you would obviously look to change your ways and ensure that this type of thing never happens again…

Or, in this case, you amend your policies to allow you to behave in this way in the future…
